If you are looking for therapeutic support and decide that I am the right therapist for you, we can arrange a date and time for an initial consultation.
You can also book your session where we will discuss our working agreement and explore further what support you are looking for.

Sessions tend to be at the same time each week and I can offer anything from short-term to ongoing open-ended Therapy.
